On Sunday, November 13, we will be visited by Anthony and Barbara Manswell, global missionaries for the Church of the Nazarene since January 2003. They are assigned to Caribbean Nazarene College (CNC) serving the English speaking Caribbean. The college is located in Santa Cruz, Trinidad. We plan to take a special offering to support their missions work.
We will also be holding a potluck on November 13 to host the Manswell’s! Please join us to hear more about God’s work in the Caribbean!
Don’t forget that this coming Sunday, October 16, 2011 is this Fall’s first Kidztown Karnival! With puppets, unicycling, magic tricks, games a coffee station for the moms and dads and wholesome lessons for the kids Kidtown Karnival is a great place for the entire family! And it’s free!

This year Skyview is participating in Operation Christmas Child! Many Operation Christmas Child supporters and donors are unaware of how God is working through shoe box gifts to open the door for churches to share the message of Jesus with children, families, and communities. As we and other churches share Christ through shoe boxes and follow-up discipleship materials, millions of children and families are coming to know Jesus. Come and pick up your shoebox to fill! Shoe boxes are available this weekend! Please note that the last day of collection is November 27, 2011.
Our first service will take place tonight, September 24th. Our theme will be encountering the Father Heart of God.

We invite all young adults to come and enjoy a night devoted to understanding and experiencing the Father Heart of God. The service will start at 7pm on Saturday September 24th and will take place at the Rocky Mountain College in the sanctuary. We will have a night of worship, teaching, and fellowship to follow, with snacks and beverages.
Over the years I have recognized the value of having authentic friendships to help and encourage me & others in our journey of faith.
Join us on Saturday for good coffee and honest conversation as we listen, encourage and support each other in our desire to live Christ centred lives.

SEPTEMBER 18 – WHO IS LEADING US! – Join us as we introduce our current church governance board & ministry leaders! Get to know a bit about the people helping to make our church a successful celebration and ministry of God.

Rides will be arranged for anyone interested. There will be NO SERVICE held at Skyview on this Sunday.
