Don’t miss out on this opportunity to spend a weekend growing together as a community at the first of what we hope will be an annual Skyview Family event!  Join us at Camp Harmattan from June 8^th through 10^th (youth side).  This will be a time for growing in our relationship as a church family, excellent biblical teaching from guest speaker Dave Curtiss, campfires, children’s activities, and fun for everyone!  Prices are as follows:

Adults – $110/person

Students – $90/person

Family of four – $260/family

Children age 7-12 – $99/child

Children age 2-6 – $70/child

Children below age 2 – Free!

Please sign up in the foyer following Sunday morning service or email us at admin@skyviewchurch.ca if you plan to attend.  We must have final numbers no later than May 27^th.

We are planning our annual church meeting for Sunday, April 29.  We will meet in room 204 immediately following the service.  All members and attendees of Skyview are welcome to attend this meeting at which we will hear a report from each of our ministries and elect our new Governance Board members for the coming 2012-2012 church year.

GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE: We will be joining with Calgary First Church and Calgary East Church for a Good Friday service, hosted by Calgary First Church at 65 Richard Way SW, at 10:30am.  Pastor Stuart will be bringing the message.    We hope to see many of you there!

EASTER SUNDAY SERVICE: Regular Sunday morning service will be here at Rocky Moutain College at 10:30am.

New to Skyview? Join us for lunch immediately following our worship service on April 15th, 2012 as Pastor Stuart shares information about who we are as a church. This lunch will be open to all who desire to know more about our church, its vision, values and direction. In order to prepare well we need you to notify us by email (admin@skyviewchurch.ca) or by signing up on Sunday’s following our morning worship service. A sign up sheet will be available in the foyer immediately following service. We look forward to seeing you there!

Skyview is committed to our partnership with the Seed of Hope and we are pleased to be hosting a fundraising concert for Hope Shares on Friday, November 11^th at 7pm featuring the Nathan Carroll Band with New Seasons of Praise and Harmony Through Harmony.  Tickets are $10 per person or $25 per family and are available at the door.  All funds will go to the Seed of Hope and the development of their ministry.  Come and enjoy a great night out and support this great cause!  Visit their website at www.hopeshares.ca for more information.
