New Message Series starting Sunday, February 5, 2012: “Practice Resurrection!”
Posted January 6th, 2012 by Skyview Community Church
- taken from a book so titled by Eugene Peterson
What does it mean to ‘spiritually’ grow up? This is a question that requires a thoughtful response. Growing up physically, mentally & emotionally requires certain provision, people and experiences. Similarly, spiritual growth has requirements that need to be met in order to ensure growth. Join us as we explore the letter written to the Ephesians in an attempt to recover the core of what enables and sustains spiritual growth within our lives.
“Ephesians is a revelation of the church we never see. It shows us the healthy soil and root system of all the operations of the Trinity out of which the church we do see grows. It immerses us in the holy and healthy conditions out of which a mature life can develop.” – Eugene Peterson “Practice Resurrection.”

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Posted October 6th, 2011 by Skyview Community Church
This year Skyview is participating in Operation Christmas Child! Many Operation Christmas Child supporters and donors are unaware of how God is working through shoe box gifts to open the door for churches to share the message of Jesus with children, families, and communities. As we and other churches share Christ through shoe boxes and follow-up discipleship materials, millions of children and families are coming to know Jesus. Come and pick up your shoebox to fill! Shoe boxes are available this weekend! Please note that the last day of collection is November 27, 2011.
